Desperate for revenge - and with nothing to go on - the FSU has declared an injunction and used its media connections to make libellous accusations, putting an innocent trans person in danger while interfering with an ongoing legal process.

Mindlessly saying the same talking points without any thoughts from themselves.
Charlotte seemed to do great work during the first few months following the murder of Brianna.
But with this she's made it clear she's no true ally.

We can never know for certain what would or wouldn't have stopped it. It's clear though that use of phones was relevant both in terms of the kind of violent content viewed and shared by her killers, and as a factor in Brianna's vulnerability (particularly re: eating disorder and self harm content).

1. It's probably rare but it still happens. This would open up the few teachers to bullying. Kids can be mean, if they get an opportunity to be mean with no backlash using other titles than Mx. They'll do it.

Trans people must be controlled and only allowed to exist on cis people’s terms.
Self-determination must be stamped out.
