I’ve heard most journalists and politicians say that Trump hasn’t been directly accused of wrongdoing or implicated in the Epstein Files.

But, there are repeated instances of Trump being directly named as a perpetrator—by victims and by Epstein. It’s not circumstantial, it’s direct.

Babies Are Freezing to Death in Gaza. Israeli Policy and the World’s Inaction Are to Blame
The world must stop treating the word “ceasefire” as a guarantee of safety when Gaza’s residents remain under fire, under siege, and under conditions that guarantee more suffering and heartbreak.

Reminder that, as the current federal administration has shown, vast-majority-white spaces are artificial, and defended/enforced.

Last night, I heard back from the Canadian government about a delegation — including six elected MPs — who Israeli officials turned away from the West Bank

Those officials also shoved a Canadian Liberal MP multiple times.

Global Affairs Canada’s response? To distance itself from the delegation:

Intentionally killing innocent people is always wrong.

Wherever in the world it happens.

You might think everyone agrees with this simple moral principle, and yet far too many people, on far too many different sections of the political spectrum, try and make exceptions to it.

I say this because, disturbingly, there are elected officials already taking advantage of this antisemitic mass violence to push more hate for those protesting genocide (some of whom are themselves Jewish).

Stand with the Jewish community and do not allow their trauma to be used to drive more hate.

I don’t mean this as a slight to Radley but driver entitlement is a disease of the mind. And I say that as a regular driver! Broken brains throughout the responses to this tweet

I think it was a huge mistake to make our society so car-dependent. But man. The Discourse today is a good reminder that when it comes to roadways policy, otherwise progressive anti-car people quickly become some of the most pro-carceral, anti-civil liberties people on the planet.

And here’s the kicker: Tierney’s vote, the mayor’s vote, and all the like-minded councillors always have the numbers. They win. Every time.
So if their approach is always the one implemented… how are things not improving, Tim? 17/

We need to talk about Bill 9, Bill 9 and Bill C-9.

Somehow, they’re ALL awful — and they all infringe on the freedoms of Canadians, from trans Canadians, to visibly religious Canadians, to Canadians protesting genocide.

Can we agree: no more Bill 9s until we figure out what the hell is going on?

There's enough inaccurate or concerning information in the way in which @en.ottawa.ca is communicating about the 2026 Budget that I felt it should be addressed. And it's the concept of $252M in "savings" that I want to talk about, because this information is being used falsely. 1/
#OttBudget 2026 invests in the services we rely on every day. Through service reviews and continuous improvement, we have realized more than $252 million in savings during this Term of Council.
One example of a service improvement is the redesigned Open Ottawa platform.
