I totally agree with this thread. This question adds no value beyond pleasing a few Gender Conservatives in NHS/lobby groups. NHS111 does the same, if you answer based upon body sex it works but not for ASAB. Just screws the stats and potentially dangerous. It seems to equate trans with crossdresser
