The only way we could do that is by treating education like a public good, not a fucking business aimed at producing a product, and that would require the wholesale liquidation (perhaps at swordpoint) of the current crop of folks responsible for the organization of American education.

I only mention it like 3 times a day but there hasn’t been a more radicalizing experience in my life than to be told by white men in the DVM that I was hysterical for stating this summer’s occupations and immigration operations were an distinct escalation requiring an organized national response.
They're using the confinement box, one of the most horrific methods of CIA torture in the post-9/11 black sites, against migrants now. This is the direct result of the lack of consequences for the architects of the torture program. Either there will be criminal penalties for this or it will expand.
