I put myself through the entire interview. Trust me when I tell you that Gavin "dank memes" Newsom agrees with him on EVERYTHING. I literally says "I agree with you" on EVERYTHING. Ben "extremely unpopular even with MAGA" Shapiro gets very combative with him and Gavin capitulates EVERY time.

I can't trust politicians who are anti-trans. Not because I'm "only searching for perfection" which is what centrists will be accusing me of for the rest of my life, it's because if you're not pro-trans you'll be garbage on lots of other issues too. Being anti-trans NEVER exists in a vacuum.

Whenever I've encountered ICE they seem genuinely puzzle that a 40-something white dude isn't on their side.
ICE seems to get completely flummoxed when they’re being yelled at by white men over 35. They kind of put their heads down and shuffle their feet. It’s like their kryptonite.

I’d swipe left, too, on someone who denied my bodily autonomy or likes it when immigrants are tortured. Some things aren’t political differences, they’re an essential disconnect on who gets human rights. (and those who deny human rights to others SHOULD be alone.)
