I'll take it one step further: I do not want a smart TV. I do not want a TV with native apps. I do not want a TV that does ANYTHING but display video fed into it. I essentially just want a giant monitor.
I've been vaguely thinking of getting a new TV, but I'm not doing because what I want is... a new TV. Something that I can plug my Blu-Ray player and streaming dongle into and which will display the video from those sources.
