While reporting this, I had something happen that's never happened. A comms rep for one of the co's disputed my reporting and said what I was telling them was untrue because it was not in Grok, xAI's chatbot.

I was looking directly at the files. And this person was using AI to challenge the truth.
Epstein had many known connections to Silicon Valley CEOs, but less known was how he made money from those relationships.

We did a deep dive into how he got dealflow in Silicon Valley, giving him shots to invest in Coinbase, Palantir, SpaceX and other companies.

In the second half of games this year, the Bills are:

- 1st in offensive EPA/Play
- 2nd in offensive success rate
- 10th in defensive EPA/Play
- 6th in defensive success rate
- 5th in pressure rate

If they could sustain for a full game, they would be a complete wagon

pre-writing a devastating obituary for your enemy is god-tier hating of a kind you don’t often see anymore. renaissance haterism. beautiful stuff.
A Sharon Begley byline, almost 5 years after her death.

Upon hearing the news James Watson had died, a STAT reporter said in our Slack, "I wish I could read what Sharon would have written."

Incredible news: Sharon in fact did pre-write a Watson obit. And it is masterful and excoriating.

OK, so here's why this probably isn't "legal bullshit."* And also a quick reminder that not all law is American law, and the law where you live and do business matters.

*I'm not going to opine on whether GW *should* take action; this is about their legal claims.

#warhammer #minigames
So GW are pulling their legal bullshit with a creator on some immensely spurious grounds.

They are arguing that even not similar models are unfair competition because they're compatible with their games...

there is actually an “extreme conditions” ikea lab in new york, where they test how hard it is to assemble the furniture in any given circumstance.

they say that if you can make it there, you can make it anywhere.
I would love to know how IKEA does usability research. Is there a panel of people in Almhult paid to put together IKEA furniture while some anthropologists watch and dissect their missteps? Is there panel conditioning, as these people learn to understand cryptic diagrams better?
