RFK Jr says formula hasn't improved on breast milk. I don't think "improve on breast milk" is the goal of formula at all. It's supposed to be a good-enough substitute that can nourish babies who need it for a variety of reasons. No one's in danger of breastfeeding less when formula's a viable option
