Walmart has long been a facilitator of fraud on a mass scale, a ProPublica investigation found.

More than $1 billion in fraud losses were routed through the company’s financial services between 2013 and 2022.

How Walmart’s Financial Services Became a Fraud Magnet
Scammers have duped consumers out of more than $1 billion by exploiting Walmart’s lax security. The company has resisted taking responsibility while breaking promises to regulators and skimping on tra...

WOW! Hard work last night by Los Angeles County Fire Department, who conducted more than 100 water rescues from the ongoing atmospheric river.

One chopper hoisted 21 people from cars, and another engine transported 20 people, two deputies and a dog to safety.

Could be just normal ops, but four tankers out of MacDill and an E‑3 are currently heading southeast toward the Caribbean on Christmas night. It’s interesting, at the very least. One of them is shown in the screenshot below.

If so, I wanna take a moment to say how insane it is if the NBA is doing a “tribute to the troops” for someone “deployed” to 14th and K St. NW. Like he just came back from Antietam. If true, it just normalizes Trump’s fascist contention that our cities demand military occupation. Free DC. Always.

Here’s something so blatantly obvious that it seems stupid to even have to say it out loud.

And yet apparently it’s necessary to say in Trump’s USA.

Filming a legal arrest, let alone the many illegal and anonymous arrests performed by ICE, is NOT DOMESTIC TERRORISM.

Claiming it is, is fascist.
If ICE can threaten arrest for filming, then journalists, watchdogs, and protesters can all be silenced the same way. You don’t have freedom of the press if recording police is treated as terrorism.  #holdfast
