What's happened to the rubble of the East Wing? Construction rubble & also "things" incl architectural elements, fixtures & flourishes, door knobs, balustrades etc? Serious question. Much of that will be valuable as historical artifacts and also as reusable elements. What's the chain of use/ reuse?
