Why didn’t DOJ just indict him? Garland was so passive. Always was. He didn’t even want to search the Unabomber’s cabin until his hand was forced. He was a disappointment until the bitter end.

So, when is he going to appear before Congress to testify about the other stuff he knows? I guess he's not a "mandated reporter," but the Unabomber's brother turned him in, which actually required him to do research and work with the FBI. All this guy had to do was make a phone call after 2010!
