I just wet a cloth with warm water and clean it all off and then dry it off and once Ive done that he cleans himself. Hes just a baby.

My black cat Cilian flopped on the bathroom floor, his green eyes staring off into the distance. A mangy towel he uses for napping beside him(he rips towels off hooks if you dont give him one)

Cilian very occasionally pees directly on his back foot, he knows that when he does this I will clean his foot, hes also figured out that this must occur in the bathroom. So now he just waits for me in the tub when it happens cause he knows I'll help him 🥺

One of the worst parts of my chronic illness is that any stress makes it worse. Like awesome Im dealing with difficult things and also my pain and cramps are way worse amongst other symptoms and Im fatigued. Its extremely helpful.

It really can't be said enough: the goal of the "anti-woke" movement was always to destroy social norms against bigotry. And it worked. And there's a whole lot of purportedly "left" thinkers & commentators who helped it -- indeed, it couldn't have been done without them.

I like Atsu’s Ainu robes :) I’m really grateful to Sucker Punch for giving the Ainu their own zone (if a small one) where you can get to know them and their culture. Atsu is a good player stand-in here because she doesn’t know shit about them either, so the questions she asks are what I’d ask too

Its a perfect phrase for causing people to duning kruger themselves. Like it has actual uses but theres also a group of people who hear it and go "oh a new thing I can use to blanket critique things I dont like" and never learn anything about what it actually means.

- Without the patients' consent to participate in research

And just to really be clear; puritan culture is not the solution ever, I encourage you to engage with art that contains harmful elements, just dont engage uncritically and maybe listen when marginalized people are discussing its issues. Dont just do "thing bad or thing good", it can be both.

It's also frankly grossly negligent in this moment to pretend that "just let other people like things" is a good argument, I think letting people uncritically enjoy bigotry is part of how we got here. TBC you can enjoy stuff with harmful elements(everyone does) but you cant deny the bigoted elements
