I was shocked to learn that maximum capital gains tax in the US is *higher* than Canada. US federal LT cap gains is 20% + 13% in high-tax states like CA = effective 33% marginal.

Consumer organisations have consistently advocated against heating with hydrogen. Why? Because they understand that it would be highly inefficient, costly and impracticable.
