What's the statute of limitations on being upset about sleaze, corruption and overt, shameless election interference that has had devastating knock-on effects for decades?
They are changing the "law" out from under people, asshole.
ICE is "just enforcing the law" the way you would "just" be enforcing the law if you went out with a bunch of your buddies and shot jaywalkers in the kneecaps. You'd sure be cleaning up crime in the streets, but your neighbors might have something to say about it.
"Left wing" killers come from right wing backgrounds. Look it up. Violence is the solution they were trained on.

ICE came out of the gate with masks on to avoid accountability for criminal actions taken to "enforce" administrative policy.

What most people outside of what passes for a safety net in the US don’t understand is that the late fall and early winter are the busiest, hardest moments for new crises. This couldn’t happen at a worse time as clinics, shelters, and food pantries are already bursting at the seams from demand.

Ahead of the 1st shutdown of US food aid to hungry Americans in 60 years, some of the 200,000 Little Free Library locations are converting into food pantries. Thanks @littlefreelibrary.bsky.social

Don't know if any of you have ever been tempted to use Evernote, but any company that eliminates their free tier AND makes current users subscribe to extract their own data is little better than a protection racket in my book.

He will put 2 of every kind of traitor, criminal, pedophile, oligarch, Nazi, and bigot into the arc to sail into his fantasy kingdom.
No reason the current operation can't get the same treatment.
I'm not inclined to destroy their work on the basis of their status. Maybe their heirs have something to say about that.
It doesn't matter what the tats and reddit posts actually signify. If the world has seen more than one photo of your nipples at this point in the campaign, it's already over.
If you really think people can only unify under white guys with rolled up sleeves & newly-formed convictions, you're still trying to squeeze juice out of a decades-old turnip. Sorry about your bro. Try harder.

what if I told you that defeating fascism requires a strategy more complicated than a one sentence slogan that happens to fit your partisan love of white guys with beards right at the moment? 1

The call to defund police comes from decades of abuse of authority, money and public trust. Nobody but a few anarchists and the Republican party is calling for the abolition of law.
We did just fine without it or the entire creepily-named "Homeland Security" agency before 2005.

Nominee to be the Office of Special Counsel, ie., the guy federal employees must appeal to if they think they have been treated unfairly
EXCLUSIVE: Embattled Trump nominee Paul Ingrassia told Republicans that the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday should be “tossed into the seventh circle of hell” and that he has “a Nazi streak,” according to a group chat viewed by POLITICO.

Got it. How would that be addressed in a funding bill? And is it significant enough to warrant it?
So he's propping up the leader who supports the measures that have led to widespread suffering. Good idea.
If those studies never happened, how do you know we pay for too many unjustified procedures?
