I have a very serious question for everyone-

Where are all the squirrels pooping? There are a bajillion of them everywhere...but no poop to be found. I'm perplexed.

Device…hoarding. Because you don’t go get a new one while yours is still fine.

Apparently I am also practicing car hoarding, house hoarding, husband hoarding, dog hoarding, computer hoarding, furniture hoarding and art hoarding.

Behind this important reversal is a member of the Coast Guard who saw what was happening and had the courage to leak it to the press. That person deserves serious praise.

Good story on the records of those taken during the Chicago raids. Contrary to the administration's claims, few had records or reasons to be arrested.

I know it's not surprising to many of us, but it's important that this type of in depth reporting is done so it's on the record.

Prohibited activities include advising Chinese graduate students. For reference, a recent Georgetown report estimated 16% of STEM graduate students in the US are Chinese nationals.

This would take out entire fields at the knees, which is perhaps the point.
“The prohibited activities would include joint research, co-authorship on papers, and advising a foreign graduate student or postdoctoral fellow. The language is retroactive, meaning any interactions during the previous 5 years could make a scientist ineligible for future federal funding.”

Going back to the 1960’s the XY/XX  classification made no historical, scientific, ethical, legal or social sense.

Recognising this, the IOC last engaged in chromosomal testing of athletes in the 1996 Olympics, & formally banned the practice in 1999.

My book was one the books these kids saved. They are absolute heroes. But I'm so enraged that ignorant adults put them in this position.
Last month, eight books were removed from Georgia's statewide reading book for students. It was teenagers who brought this censorship to the spotlight–even though it's not their job to clean up grown-up messes.

Get to know 3 of those teens here.
