The “E-Bike Effect:” Those who bought e-bikes increased their average daily bicycle use from 2.1km (1.3 miles) to 9.2km (5.7 miles), a 340% increase. The e-bike share of all their transportation increased dramatically too; from 17% to 49%.

E-bikes support fewer car trips.

Interrogating these questions is a very entertaining and harmless way to stretch your curiosity and find ways to engage nutrition and dietary problems that feel intractable.

If someone has a mysterious allergy, or has a mysterious intolerance, you need to be willing to be curious and methodical.

When you think about how a dragon is supposed to spit fire, you have to consider everything starting at the mouth. Saying it's just magic is not good enough.

What is the mechanism to ignite a fire and where would fluid or gas live to burn? Does the dragon have to eat anything to generate fuel?

The reason why is not because there is a correct or incorrect answer: it's a fantasy creature. But are you willing to be creative in trying to figure out how to solve a problem with anatomy that you cannot see?

Many of our patients don't have conditions we can see with our own eyes.

I will admit that my "2 years of required public service to start your career" pipe dream is problematic in some ways, but there is no possible reasonable and principled opposition to forcing people to do 6 months in consumer-facing retail or food service every 5 years. People need to be reminded.
