EPD declared a riot in absence of one and just sent a local TV reporter crying and screaming on stream because they wouldn't stop using flashbangs, congrats guys.
EPD is about to go in and break up a peaceful protest and they expect us to believe they aren't collaborating with ICE.
Police officials said that activity outside the federal building has been declared a riot and have directed the public to leave the area, according to the Eugene Police Department.

My dude, Selma marchers did not face a security state with the capability of mass surveillance and data collection through highly sophisticated tools that do not require human review to record literally everything you do at a protest for use in a potential prosecution/detention.

I do not even entirely mean it as a criticism of the professional activists when I say that any successful anti-Trump movement is going to have to transcend their relevance.
The position here appears to be "actions to document and bring attention to ICE kidnappings are getting media coverage that is changing public opinion; and this is Bad because the media should be writing feel-good stories about activists' resilience and kinship instead."
