The biggest failure of modern journalism is their complete inability to spot and expose an astroturfed campaign. Which is odd, as they can usually be rumbled with a quick google and search on companies house.

It's football because it is played on foot, not horseback, and early iterations of football players did use their hands. God I'm dull.
“Gridiron” is the better name for the NFL version anyway. I don’t object to “soccer,” but if any sport is going to be called “football,” it should be the one where players only touch the ball with their feet.
