I cooked a pasta with chicken sausages and broccoli and pesto, but I’m going out of town for a week tomorrow (the ingredients would have gone bad if I didn’t cook em tonight) - is there any reason why I can‘t just freeze the leftovers and then eat them when I get back? Thaw in the fridge and reheat?
