This reminds me of when Black families were finally legally allowed to swim in public swimming pools, and white people responded by filling the pools with cement or buying the pools and making them private.
There is a major political organization allied with the president that got so mad a Latino artist was tapped to play at the Super Bowl they made a whole alternative show. We should all take a moment to reflect on that. It is so blatantly racist.

The irony is that systemic racism casts less personal blame. We're asking white people to help us change an unfair system.
