Got mine at 12pm today
Arm started really aching around 5pm
7pm I'm starting to feel tired and my skin feels sensitive (my usual cold/flu precursor)
Little faster than my usually vaccine response but I'll take it. Gonna down some water and Tylenol and take it easy hopefully overnight is all it needs

I've been invited to play a few D&D games in a fairly lighthearted and casual group that I can drop in/out of as I like. Oh good, ChatGPT is getting "erotica for verified adults" later this year

We made ChatGPT pretty restrictive to make sure we were being careful with mental health issues. We realize this made it less useful/enjoyable to many users who had no mental health problems, but given the seriousness of the issue we wanted to get this right.

Now that we have been able to mitigate the serious mental health issues and have new tools, we are going to be able to safely relax the restrictions in most cases.

In a few weeks, we plan to put out a new version of ChatGPT that allows people to have a personality that behaves more like what people liked about 4o (we hope it will be better!). If you want your ChatGPT to respond in a very human-like way, or use a ton of emoji, or act like a friend, ChatGPT should do it (but only if you want it, not because we are usage-maxxing).

In December, as we roll out age-gating more fully and as part of our “treat adult users like adults” principle, we will allow even more, like erotica for verified adults.

Finally got around to playing with TransLink realtime GTFS data. Kind of fun. Transit in Vancouver is looking pretty good, especially considering this is an hour midday on a holiday weekend, with some lines not running (hello 44) and not all buses reporting real-time information.

I recently attended an event where a ton of indie devs showcased their games to the public, and IRL there was nothing but positivity for all the weird and fun things people were making!
I do think online communities of gamers can get a bit negative about it, but they're a minority in my experience.

Amazing how I can feel like a really good gamer finishing Silksong 100% and then Hades 2 can make me feel like garbage. Something about the Supergiant games simply does not click for me and it's really frustrating.

This company EzClear is trying to email me asking for money for import dues on a package I got from the UK before they will send it to me. Extortionate "service fees" on top, of course, for handling it while CanPost was out.
But the package arrived. I have my shoes. I can just ignore them, right?
