-1 pack of bone-in chicken (remove skin or it’ll be too fatty)
-1 onion, roughly chopped
-1 jalapeño, chopped
-1 tomato, chopped
Throw everything into the slow cooker (chicken on top), season with salt, pepper, garlic, chicken bouillon, cook on low 6 hours
