The American dream is dead simply because it was a lie marketing Socialism as Capitalism. Now that we are 90% of the way to peak Capitalism, the veil of "everyone gets to own a place to live" can finally fall away to reveal the true goal: recreating Feudalism from first principles.

Latest intel: The 5 govt funding bills will pass, & the 6th, the DHS bill, will get a continuing resolution to buy time to negotiate whatever these conditions in ICE are. The fight right now btwn Schumer & the White House is how long that CR will be. The WH wants 3 months; Schumer wants 1-2 weeks.

I think they're just deathly afraid of a shutdown and getting blamed for it. Doing much of anything runs counter to their midterms strategy, which is to stand perfectly still and win by default
