An Indonesian volcano erupts with a massive ash plume rising high into the atmosphere, casting a long shadow across the islands below. The deep blue ocean, lush green islands, and sweeping cloud patterns make this moment both powerful and beautiful — a reminder of Earth’s incredible natural forces.

Days ago, all the Scottish papers hailed a massive victory for Peggie when it was partial. Today they're pretending she lost and must appeal. When the Supreme Court decision was questioned, it was a threat to the judiciary. Now it's apparently a moral obligation. Same voices, same loud megaphones.

I see the BBC confronted with the reality of a decision incompatible with both (1) what it told its audience the Tribunal had decided and (2) its strongly transphobic editorial line, is now participating in a highly partial and baseless smearing of the Tribunal www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

They always say "trans people/women could be questioned based on appearance" as if they are going out of their way to not say that *women* will be questioned. Most women aren't trans. Most of the women challenged will not be trans. Just more "We can always tell" crap.

As Star Trek gears up for another new show, I’m more sure than ever a segment of the fanbase has no interest in anything new.

They just want the same thing repeated over & over - with the same legacy characters.

The new shows aren’t perfect, but at least they’re trying new things.

We’re not in the nineteenth century FFS. There’s a better word and it is “Humans”.

And secondly - who the f£&k thought HUMANS only learned to control fire 50,000 years ago???!!!
