healthcare is a big part of the equation of course, but another thing to remember is that despite the best efforts of several right wing governments, the uk also has mandatory paid time off work, and a much more robust and accessible system of unemployment/hoising/disability benefits
If capitalism is the ultimate route to economic efficiency, then why is the US health care system so much worse and more expensive than the UK health care system?
