#silksong is the best game I've played in years. Also the most challenging game I've ever gotten to 100%. I really appreciate that doing so is just beating bosses and getting all the tools and abilities, no "collect all 900 pinecones" BS. This took me about 80 hours. PHENOMENAL value for $20!

Dropped out of college to join the mid-90s dot com boom in northern VA. Worked my way up by lying my ass off on resumes and frantically learning to code on the job. At the time, startups were so desperate for coders you could just do that. Did well. Retired at 45. Now I collect and play pinball.

These two official statements from the IFPA make it blindingly obvious that the OBX Flippers Tournament results cannot be counted without blatantly defying their own stated rules. This should be so easy.

I’m so sorry this happened to you. I have played in that tournament before, and tonight I am (scheduled to be) playing week 4 of a league run by Kevin (Carpool, Arlington VA). This is the first I’ve heard of this incident – I self-disconnected from local/FSPA pinball social media a while back...1/4
I gave the IFPA my view of the trans-exclusionary OBX pinball tournament. I reject the notion that it's the responsibility of trans people to compromise with transphobia, and also reject that it's just a "women's issue".

It’s amazing how satisfying it is to beat a boss or area that seems impossible at first. The slow and steady accumulation of skill is something so many modern games don’t understand how to facilitate and encourage. I agree with both of your operative descriptors: Silksong is a rewarding masterpiece.
Silksong is the most challenging game I've ever played. And it is so so very rewarding. This game was a masterpiece and I am so sad it's over.
