Of course, CNN is a part of the rebranding of MTG.

The same lady who chased a teenage survivor of the Stoneman Douglas school shooting down the street to troll him.

Nothing gives liberals and centrists a bigger erection than the possibility of white washing and hugging a fascist or war criminal.

“but more than that, a loving mother”

as much as I loathe MTG, what in the misogynist seeing motherhood as the most important thing about a woman fresh hell is this

Following MTG's lengthy CNN sitdown interview, Wolf Blitzer tells her:

"You‘re a courageous politician, but more important, a loving mother. Thanks very much for coming in. We hope you‘ll come back here in the Situation Room."

yes, removing the power to block housing projects from the people who most frequently block housing projects from being built *will*, in fact, mean more housing gets built.

hope that helps!

they literally talk about how this is "Lavender Marriage 2.0", like it's a fun hack. It's so clearly a "we're paid well as influencers for this" thing and I fucking hate how its couched in so much bullshit faux-inclusivity-for-conservatives language.

it's obviously not going to be how its reported, but telling that we're in an era of increased public homophobia, and the ever revolving for of "will they roll back gay marriage", to suddenly do influencer posting about "gay-straight relationships"

this is a perennial topic, almost always with this exact headline, and it's typically right-wing bait bc yeah it's trying to sell marriages of convenience, closeting and comphet as a trend piece and "prove the case" that same-sex marriage bans aren't discriminatory bc gays can just get het married.

While people on here and Twitter go back and forth over whether or not to suck Trump or Biden or both or neither's dicks, it's worth noting that this plan is strikingly similar to the Biden-Blinken one, is strikingly bad in many of the same ways, and is not likely to be fully enforced at any rate.

Fishing some 5,300 years ago: a Neolithic fishhook made of wild boar tusk, wrapped with a fishing line.
The size of the fishhook is 6.5 cm. It was used to catch pikes.
Found in the lake-dwelling settlement of Arbon Bleiche 3, Switzerland.

On display at Archäologisches Museum Frauenfeld

The picture shows a fishhook made of wild boar tusk. Only the curved, pointed end and the upper part are visible. The rest is wrapped in fishing line. The fishing line is made of twisted bast.
