Reminder that shovel-able amounts of snow can make things really difficult for people with physical disabilities. Especially after two weak winters, some of your neighbors might not have systems in place to move the snow (or the systems they have are rusty).

Wherever you live, don’t let your city council get away with “ah geez I wish there was something I could do” re ICE. Other cities could enact separation ordinances instead of sharing generic nicey-nice platitudes. If they want to distance themselves from Nazis, they should stand up to them.

Update! One neighbor works for DNR and advised me to call the toll free number and another neighbor’s dad was able to come get the deer. I’m really grateful this animal’s life brought some people together and will provide food (and brought me this bizarre story). ❤️
So….a deer appears to have accidentally broken its neck running through our chain link fence. Anyone in the metro area want some free meat?
(We would keep it ourselves but already got two deer this year and all of our supplies are up north)
