I want to be wrong, but I don't like the Jesús Sánchez move at all. I think he might be washed.

Bedtime with my daughter:

“I’m the only one in the family who is left-handed. I don’t want to be the only one.”

“Well, I’m the only one in the family with blue eyes.”

“That’s a you problem.”

Ouch.

Every time this prompt comes up I struggle to decide if the hockey player, the actress, or the race car driver is the most famous.

I have been to four parks, but only one National League park (Wrigley Field). I was a hardline anti-D.H., pitchers should hit, N.L. preferrer until they changed the rule. I go to Wrigley and Jeff Samardzija hits a home run. Just checked, one of three in his career.
What's the most insignificant in-person event you ever experienced at an MLB ballpark that meant nothing to anyone except you? I saw my #athletics defeat the hated Angels 5-0 in August 1989. It's still the largest crowd ever to see the A's play (61,696).

JOLO!
Somewhere in the greater Dunedin-St. Pete area, Joey Loperfido subtly pumps his fist.

All footage taken with these glasses should conclude with a closeup of a fist.

Shocked by the Tumbler Ridge news. I spent a week there once (with family) when I was high school age myself. Such a small and isolated town.

What would Canada be without the Stanley Cup? Could you imagine?
Trump, in the middle of his latest unhinged Truth Social screed, claims that if Canada makes a trade deal with China, "the first thing China will do is terminate ALL Ice Hockey being played in Canada, and permanently eliminate The Stanley Cup."

I need to text my boss at 7 a.m. (which is normally fine), but he's also the biggest Seahawks fan I know so maybe not today.

Genuinely incredible how quickly they can roll all this out in the middle of a football game
