I don't think we talk enough about how much a friendship dissolution can fuck you up. Like, there's no societal framework to grieve something like that, not even to the shitty degree other grief is allowed. You're just supposed to shrug and move on, like you didn't just a piece of yourself...

I have been underemployed since May 2023. I tried to go back to school for more training and learning, get a Master's and it looks like that is not going to be able to continue either. What is even the point?
