In honor of getting my covid booster and now feeling like I was hit by a truck (positive), today will be beef stew in the crockpot for dinner day! Took what little energy I had to get it going but it will be worth it.

Just got my covid vaccine about an hour ago. Fingers crossed it's smooth sailing this weekend, but based on past experience I'll probably have a rough night tonight and day tomorrow. Gonna leave work in about an hour so if it does get bad, I'll already be at home.
