Nobody would have you punished for saying that, misguided ad it is.
But it never stops there. It always turns into a torrent of abuse and hate speech.
Often directed at cis people, because you’re not nearly as good at telling as you think.

Meanwhile the police immediately put out transphobic guidance which goes against their existing rules.
When they do happen to do something reasonable, such as arrest Graham Linehan for inciting violence against trans women, they immediately apologise.

It immediately embarked on writing guidance based on the most transphobic interpretation it could think of, and has attempted to brush off the results of its flawed consultation.

The Human Rights regulator is not a “women” (sic). It is the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) which has been ideologically captured by transphobic men and women.
It also made a submission to the Supreme Court in favour of excluding trans people, despite its official role.

In the Sandy Peggie v NHS Fife tribunal, the court happily gave permission for Dr Beth Upton (who is not on trial here) to be constantly misgendered.

The Supreme Court was led by a judge with a history of homophobia and refused to listen to any trans people, while taking submissions from five transphobic organisations. It praised Sex Matters for their guidance on how to most effectively exclude trans people from society.

I’m not protected under the protected characteristic of disability because I’m not disabled.
Supposedly I’m protected under “gender reassignment” but you’re also now explicitly allowed to weaponise that characteristic against me, so that’s a lie.

Article 13 – right to an effective remedy
If our rights are violated then we must be able to challenge this through legal means

But we have transphobic police, transphobic courts and a transphobic human rights regulator.

Article 8 – right to respect privacy and family life
This right exists to protect four things: our family life, our home, our private life, and our correspondence.

This includes our right to live as ourselves and not be forcibly outed.

And our article 13 rights are already gone. Given that EHRC is leading the charge to destroy our rights, it’s hardly going to be any use in remedying the violations it is bringing about.

It’s the fact that you’re cis that’s relevant here, not the fact that you’re a man. Trans men are under attack too.

In ECHR terms, it’s primarily our article 8 rights that are under attack, although the segregationist moves also attempt to destroy our article 11 rights.
