Idk if they did something to .unwrap() in rust, but after the Cloudflare crash I wouldn't be surprised.I'm seeing more talk about migrating to some_array[i]; or similar.I'm curious trying it myself. Been working on removing unwrap from my own code cuz of the panics. Ah well. Was fun while it lasted!

My brothers ex wife made Thanksgiving dinner like this, and I only met her family the one time because they divorced soon after.

ICE allegedly lost all the surveillance footage across 63 cameras in the Chicago Broadview facility, then hired a guy named "Five by Five LLC" who operates out of his house to recover everything.

ICE then suggested,IN COURT, the plaintiffs should supply ICE hard drives. The judge was not impressed:

The government also said "we don't have resources" to retain all footage and that plaintiffs could supply "endless hard drives that we could save things to."

If they ever get around to building this thing, it should be bulldozed on Day 1 of a new administration. No messing around, no hemming and hawing about procedure or costs. Order heavy equipment in and start knocking it down immediately, as surely as an overthrown tyrant's statues would be torn down.
