If work requirements suddenly ended for everyone tomorrow and everyone got UBI, sure, you might take a week or two off, and a few folks might become free riders. But I’d put it at over 95% of people who would go back to working at some place or other

I suspect UBI, universal healthcare, and free daycare would be more effective at supporting marriage, encouraging pregnancy, and pursuing happiness.
