Let's be clear. These Democrats didn't just vote for DHS/ICE funding because it was going to pass anyway, and they didn't want to appear "wEaK oN tHe BoRdEr." The vote WOULD HAVE FAILED if they all voted against it, like it is Jeffries and Clark's job to make happen.
