Turn ActBlue into a mutual aid/strike fund. Fully embrace national unions and call for strikes. Adopt an abolish policy. State level: local police protect and serve or they will be defunded. Eviction moratoriums. Documenting ICE themselves. Not sheltering ICE. Fight them in court relentlessly.
What do y’all expect Dems to do? Undo the Big Beautiful budget bill (that the GOP majority passed)? Even if Dems hold up the budget resolution and shut down the govt, DHS and ICE will continue to operate. So what, exactly, can they do as the minority party?

I'm going to keep saying this: if your plan does not get us to an immortal post-scarcity Utopia it is incremental in nature. Anything short of perfection is an incremental gain, and every incremental gain is good.
One issue on the left - and it has been an issue for a while, is kind of a disbelief in incrementalism.

Here’s the deal, they captured my face standing outside of my kid’s preschool in a high-viz vest. The database is going to be so big it’ll be useless. Employers will ask why you aren’t in the database and unless you explain you were doing mutual aid, the people hiring will think you’re a bad person.
