This is just my opinion, but I don't think departments need to change their strategy for reading or grading student work.

Departments need a strategy for responding to harassment and attacks.

The military service, which falls under the Department of Homeland Security, has drafted a new policy that classifies such items “potentially divisive.”

everything, literally everything, we talk about has to be contextualised with that we ARE NOT GOING TO GET ANYTHING THAT FEELS LIKE A WIN, AT ALL, until 2027 at least if we can win the midterms as hard as we won this election day.

and the ongoing shutdown should not feel like A Win to you.

I'm one of the four fired employees. I was a writer & producer at Bon Appétit for nearly five years, during which I helped organize our union and sat on our bargaining committee.

I am, to my knowledge, the only trans woman in our union and the only trans woman on editorial who doesn't work at Them
New: Conde Nast fired four employees who were among a group that confronted the company's head of human resources on Wednesday over the decision to fold Teen Vogue into Vogue/recent cuts. Employees who were fired included journalists from the New Yorker, Wired, and Bon Appétit.

I'm so excited for this book.

I found Jude's wonderful writing soon after realizing I was a trans woman, at a pivotal moment for my own feminism. In retrospect, I was at risk of sliding into a cramped understanding of gender that was shitty to trans men. Jude pointed me in a better direction.
Over at the newsletter: I wrote about the extremely nerve-wracking process of writing DILF, a book composed of uncomfortable questions, and about the value of staying uncomfortable: jude-doyle.ghost.io/who-wants-di...
