They definitely used Adriana Smith as an experiment…

The masses didn’t revolt, so here we are
This article is from 2023. In 2025, a Georgia hospital did it.

Adriana Smith. Say her name.

ER staff misdiagnosed a clot in her brain.

She was 9 weeks pregnant & brain dead. They kept her alive as an incubator without consent of the family.

They experimented on a Black woman.

“every single person laid off has been a woman and/or a person of color”
2/9 PM UPDATE: Joining the list of AJC layoffs are:

· Alia Pharr, a metro Atlanta local government reporter
· Maya T. Prabhu, a statehouse reporter whose last day will be the end of the ongoing state legislative session

Again: every single person laid off has been a woman and/or a person of color
BREAKING: @ajc.com on Tuesday evening said it will lay off approximately 50 staffers, about 15% of its headcount, as it seeks to cut costs and marshal resources to invest in its growth.

The AJC published its last print edition on 12/31. About half of those laid off will come from the newsroom.

ICE is currently holding around 80,000 detainees. Nazi Germany didn't reach this number in its formal camp system until 1942, nine years after seizing power and three years into the war.

This is a police state.
ICE’s pending $30 billion budget exceeds the military spending of nearly every country, including Canada, Brazil, Mexico, and Iran.

ICE + CBP funding for 2026 would total $66 billion, higher than all but 7 militaries worldwide.
After a string of ICE murders, Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries proposed reforms — and $11 billion more for ICE.

Including reconciliation bill funding, the Schumer-Jeffries plan would give ICE a $30 billion budget, higher than all but 15 militaries worldwide:

I've been to some countries where people live under military rule or autocracy. And without fail, one of the questions I get when they ask about life in the U.S. is whether it's true that Americans just let homeless people die on the street.
During freezing temperatures in Port Arthur, Texas, a 61-year-old homeless man was found dead in his wheelchair outside a convenience store.

He was wearing a hospital gown and no shoes. Authorities say he had been released from a hospital the previous day.

This is a diseased society.

I keep thinking about that Matthew Broderick ad for AI that presented it as something that could do your work for you and let you take a day off.

Yeah, man, be sure to tell your boss that AI can do all your work for you, that'll probably lead to lots and lots of time off.

Mortality rates were so high on sugar plantations during slavery that slaveholders used to coerce enslaved people working other crops like cotton with threats to sell them or their loved ones to sugar plantations.

That’s where the term “sold down the river” came from.

There are a lot of people who are going to complain about being unfairly vilified by that halftime show and it's because they know in their hearts they're on Team Hate.
