Or…” He rubbed the back of his neck. “I liked the kissing bit from before.” Astarion’s confusion only seemed to grow at this. He ran his fingers through his silvery hair. Dev ached to trace their path. “Why? What’s the point if it’s not a precursor to sex?” Somehow that question alone made Dev’s heart ache more than anything else they’d discussed that evening. How lonely it must be to not know simple pleasures like kissing without it coming with a cost. “It just feels nice,” said Dev. “But if you don’t want to—” “Then we don’t have to, yes, I got that.” Astarion rolled his eyes. “Can you stop being so—so… fucking considerate? It’s pissing me off.” “So you… don’t want me to be considerate?” “No, I—ugh, gods… I just mean, you don’t have to immediately backtrack every single sentence by reminding me I can say no. It makes me think you want me to say no.” Dev’s heart sank. “I’m not trying to play games with you.” “I know, darling,” said Astarion. He relaxed ever so slightly, but his muscles were still tight with apprehension. “Games were sort of Cazador’s whole thing. It’s a lesson not easily unlearned.”

Please make sure you know the symptoms of breast cancer. I only caught mine early because I had dimpling in my breast and knew it was a symptom so I saw my GP. Please check your breasts regularly for changes and see a GP if you have symptoms mentioned below
