Unless they’re taking over an old Sears, it’s not even worth doing. Maybe mall rent is cheaper than it was in the 90s, but Toys R Us is worthless if it’s just the size of a Wal-Mart toy section. The thing that made it unique was that it was the size of a whole Wal-Mart but all toys.
