R's could have passed a CR by suspending the rules (which they do all the time) but elected not to, and the House is in recess because of the R's.

This is a Republican led govt shutdown and Americans are the losers.

This is just depressing as hell. I have several good friends who work at JPL. All of them are still recovering from the Altadena Fire. All of them are doing amazing work.
