I only really have my personal experience to give - I get 8-10 points across my face done every 10-12 months. Its been a DRASTIC reduction in pain and frequency of symptoms for me. I've been doing it for about 7 years now, and it has been a godsend.

Layoff notices also initially targeted the office that produces the CDC’s flagship weekly scientific report known as the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report, or MMWR. But those notices were sent in error because of a miscoding, according to the health official. As of Saturday afternoon, however, the editor who oversees the MMWR and others in the office of science had not been informed that the layoff notices were a mistake, Houry said.

The standard—and not totally incorrect—narrative is that the US basically abandoned transit after WWII, but there was a real revival underway in the 1970s that stalled out by the mid-1980s as the political winds shifted. Things have improved since, but we've never fully recovered that ambition.

UMTA R&D spend from 1972-1989. The amounts in the 1980s appear to be overstated as a lot of those projects were commissioned in the 1970s and were finishing up. Dollars are not adjusted for inflation.

Today's opsec reminder - Don't let your workplace enroll your device in Mobile Device Management. Even if you use something like a Work Profile on android. If you do, your workplace can unlock your phone at any time.

It's a lot easier to force them to do it instead of Google/Apple/Cellebrite.
