I only really have my personal experience to give - I get 8-10 points across my face done every 10-12 months. Its been a DRASTIC reduction in pain and frequency of symptoms for me. I've been doing it for about 7 years now, and it has been a godsend.

Begging God to let me return to 'crab.'

I would be the most bea-u-tiful horseshoe.
Good reliable armor.
Blue blood more precious than gold.
No thoughts. Head empty.

Staring out into the particles dotting a deep black sea.
Like an object floating in space.

Still listening to this song a lot.
I think you should too.

We bear responsibility
To shape the kind of world we seek
And if the seeds we sow take root
Our destiny will follow suit
We are the pilots of our drеams
No matter how far-fetched it seems

Good night my friends.
I see you. And I am so very proud of you.
I know it doesn't feel like it is enough, but you are doing something - even if all it is is getting through until tomorrow.
I love you so very much.
Thank you for being here with me, just one more day.

Pitch: A movie star whose moves always bomb, just pure box office poison, who studios use as a sort of franchise hitman to tank any tentpole movie for tax purposes. ENTOURAGE meets THE PRODUCERS. And make sure you rack up the budget on this thing because I've got the perfect guy to play the lead

The Macintosh PowerBook BLIT was definitely safe for looking at all possible images.

For a little while, anyway.
A photo of a Macintosh PowerBook BLIT, with eight separate small and chaotically sized screens on its display where there would normally be one. Designed not to show all of an image at one time, it's showing some probably completely innocuous fractal-like design in part across the screens.

From the people that repeatedly shoot at the Emmitt Till Memorial Marker comes Brent Jones, who was arrested for pissing in the reflecting pool and destroying the eternal flame at Martin Luther King's burial site www.wsbtv.com/news/local/a...

Because Reagan.

Among other things, but that's a big part of it.

The standard—and not totally incorrect—narrative is that the US basically abandoned transit after WWII, but there was a real revival underway in the 1970s that stalled out by the mid-1980s as the political winds shifted. Things have improved since, but we've never fully recovered that ambition.

UMTA R&D spend from 1972-1989. The amounts in the 1980s appear to be overstated as a lot of those projects were commissioned in the 1970s and were finishing up. Dollars are not adjusted for inflation.

New spend by the late 80s was down to $13m/yr, $3m/yr of which went into 'privatization' =>

#ATLScanner is going to be experiencing some growing pains soon, but believe me it’s worth it. We’ve been working with a web host and finalizing the hardware setup as part of their community outreach. There will (finally!) be ways to donate for those who want to help offset cost but no paywalls.

Today's opsec reminder - Don't let your workplace enroll your device in Mobile Device Management. Even if you use something like a Work Profile on android. If you do, your workplace can unlock your phone at any time.

It's a lot easier to force them to do it instead of Google/Apple/Cellebrite.

Not a can, but one of the warm up cups about six months ago because I was curious how the recipe had changed. It was... alright? Not great, but not terrible.

If Jared Leto cannot sell Tron and Marvel to white people, someone please explain to me why he keeps getting hired.

‘TRON: ARES’ has earned $14.3M in its opening day at the domestic box office.

For comparison, ‘MORBIUS’ opened to $17.3M.

They have fired the staff of the CDC’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report and 70 Epidemic Intelligence Service officers, who are disease detectives that respond to outbreaks around the world.

I cannot emphasize enough how dangerous it is to dismantle our disease surveillance infrastructure.

Capybaras are native to South America, but our game takes place in Toronto, so would Capy call it football or soccer? ⚽

As capivaras são nativas da América do Sul, mas o nosso jogo se passa em Toronto, então a Capy chamaria isso de futebol americano ou futebol?

Has anyone with an adhesive sensitivity (not latex allergy) used these? Curious to possibly try them.

I use these when I get my hair cut and my stylist is always so happy not to have to work around ear straps. I get a good grade in haircut client, which is normal to want and possible to achieve!
