feels deeply pertinent to the moment now in Minnesota where we are seeing health care systems choosing to stop providing puberty suppression and hormone care to youth. And we live in a state with legislation protecting access to trans health care!!
In an alarming development, it appears the UK Government covered up a massive spike in trans youth suicides after restrictions.

I think we need to post more of our wins vs ICE, at least I do. Northside RR successfully got a few abductions deterred this morning. We also have seen an uptick in folks joining doing stationary observation in the last week since we started doing that.

ICE is still here stealing people in Minnesota, despite whatever national media is saying about it
I arrived too late to an abduction yesterday. Ice vehicles boxed in a food delivery driver on the highway. They took him, and when I came on the scene (with a few other neighbors in cars), his keys were still in it. We found his phone, a debit card, his car title and registration.

I can’t understand how the ICE occupation couldn’t be found to be a civil disturbance
We know an eviction moratorium themselves is legally sound. The State beat all the legal challenges to the COVID-era moratorium.
The question is whether a Minnesota court would find that the ICE occupation of our state is a "civil disturbance." I think we can get there.
