Man, when you find the good stretch you gotta stick with it then. Another one that doesn't feel good but stretches everything out is assisted toe lifts. Bleh.

I had this happen to me when I shattered my ankle and had to wear one for like 4 months. I found out that it basically caused my leg muscles/lower back muscles to atrophy a bit which then caused hip pain.
Laying on the floor or bed and lifting legs straight up and doing toe touches helped a ton!

I heartily agree. I'd need to look into things a bit more to know exactly what issues are the worst and where. But Canada is starting to feel an awful like the US in 2016.

We got an email from our school, along with a variety of resources and an invitation to come to them if your child needs extra support. It was really appreciated bc my kiddo stayed home today as she was too scared to go. It's incredibly disappointing to hear this wasn't done across the district.
