Um… you realise who are leading most government bodies right? They aren’t on trans women's side to say the least, and also people who synthesise E usually know what they’re doing, and doctors get what’s “right” wrong and underdose girls based off outdated research all the time
the term "transmed" has been so corrupted that it's no longer useful to apply it. that being said, what i believe about hrt is pretty close to this: every trans woman deserves medically supervised estrogen, inspected for safety and purity by a government body
Person A: i had a bad reaction to a specific hrt, consult doctors if you can.
