Gotta support that!

Pseudo liberals. Tune them out.

They would all be fascist too.

this is the most inclusive and risk free option. A full royal commission into antisemitism will become a post-truth mess that dishonours the victims. if we’re worried the public service will cover up its flaws, welcome to reality. Demand the Richardson review be thorough and transparent.

This neurovirus surge in the north east is no joke folks. My whole family has been hit and have been in and out of the emergency room. The yale hospital here is totally booked out. The nurses said it’s the worst thing they’ve seen since COVID.

Or that our chief envoy to Russia won’t take briefings from the CIA?

But wait, there’s more. Much more in this 6-byline WSJ piece on the Witkoff-Putin axis.

I am not sorry. This is simply true. Academics should be able to write fluently and express themselves clearly and academics should do their own work. It’s literally our job. It’s what we trained until 22nd grade to do. This is a simple observation that should require no explanation or defense.
I’m sorry, but it is disgraceful to be an academic who uses this technology to conduct research. It should be prohibited in all of our scholarly institutions, including universities and journals.
This week, Professor James Hansen and colleagues published projections that the global temperature record could reach +1.7°C by 2027.
And if that number lands in your gut the way it landed in mine, good. It should.

🗣️🎙️ I wrote more stories this year than anybody wants to read, but here are 7 that I found interesting 🧵⤵️

Thankyou. Which year?

😂

I love hearing celebrity scientists berate and condescend to Greta Thunberg because she calls COPs “blah blah blah”. (I can point to forty peer reviewed papers that show she is right.) So yeah, scientists shouldn’t talk politics when the effect is delay.

Fuck I wish we could abolish Christmas, the one day where abusers get to enjoy their own trip and haunt you for life. Let the man have his birthday in peace, lost to the mists of time.
