There’s a difficult irony that many people would really rather not have to think about this (ie what started in 2020 that’s clearly still happening)… but willingness to confront it is also the best way to reduce your odds of ending up on this chart + having to think about it all the fucking time.

It's pretty obvious why to any of us disabled people who have been screaming about COVID 19 being a ongoing pandemic and mass disabling event for the last six years. Governments have made millions of people permanently disabled and don't want to pay to support their continued living. It's eugenics.

in western medicine the burden of proof for calling an illness "psychosomatic" is so low that it's basically free. as long as you don't literally see someone bleeding out the ears you can just say "you're making it up" and it's considered a legitimate explanation with 0 repercussions if you're wrong
