If you witness ICE/DHS kidnappings or activity in Kirkland, Redmond, or Bellevue, there is a rapid response group you can call that serves the Eastside of King County at (425) 361-0808.

Leave a detailed voicemail describing what occurred & a callback # so volunteers can gather more information.

The GOP just had its best chance to finally flip a legislative seat in Trump 2.0. Democrats had other ideas.

Chasity Martinez just won a rural Trump+13 in the Louisiana House in a 24-point landslide—an overperformance of 37 points.

Our complete writeup on this remarkable outcome -->

The number of trees cut for this interchange project was in the *thousands.* They were stacked alongside I-90 for anyone to see.

This is what threatens orca and salmon. A Seattle apartment building helps protect them. SEPA should reflect that.
WSDOT: Hi SEPA we want to build a massive "diverging diamond" interchange on I-90 at SR-18 to facilitate additional sprawl is that cool?
SEPA: Sounds fine to me

City of Seattle: Hey SEPA, we'd like to allow people to build more homes in the heart of our city
SEPA: Slow down just a minute fella

Real talk: if the environment is anything close to what yesterday’s special election implies in November, there need to be people working very hard on a serious agenda for a substantial Democratic majority in both houses of Congress, focused on voting rights, democracy, and court reform.

Liam is now home. With his hat and his backpack.

Getting rid of those bad apples would also help recruitment. A major barrier to hiring more officers is SPD's racist, sexist culture of impunity. The officers we want on our force are turned off by those attitudes. Get rid of that mentality and watch hiring numbers rise.

And the press covered it up for them all nice and neat. Imagine if they had actually reported out on all this stuff. Would've changed the course of history. But instead they asked for invites to his parties
So what I’m gathering is a pedophilic billionaire successfully worked to destigmatize race science among the academic, political, and business elite partly by sex trafficking girls. Is that the shape of it so far?

Scrolling through the photos of Pam Bondi's "Minnesota rioters," it's just hero after hero. Every photo includes a cowardly DHS agent with their back to the camera.

Bondi thinks she's going to win the propaganda war with this shit, but it's never been more clear that they're losing.

The people of Minnesota have executed one of the most impressive civil resistance campaigns I can remember:

- Organized a city wide general strike
- Maintained nonviolent discipline amidst violence
- Mobilized 10,000s in subzero temps to protest and watch ICE
- Flipped public opinion against ICE

Federal agents cannot murder people in broad daylight and face zero consequences.

I will NOT support the DHS bill as it stands.

The DHS bill needs to be split off from the larger funding package before the Senate—Republicans must work with us to do that.

I’ll keep fighting to rein in DHS and ICE.

Only speaking personally, but today’s execution isn’t scaring me from protecting our neighbors, as some suggest is ICE’s goal. Nor am I angry with incandescent rage, in that I know such rage is unhelpful. Rather, I feel like it has forced me to truly accept that the same fate might befall me.

"What can Democrats actually do?"

- Vote against funding for ICE and DHS

- State that any ICE officers who commit crimes under Trump will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law

- Encourage cities and states to refuse to cooperate with ICE

- Explain ICE is part of Trump's tyranny
