This might sound like crank nonsense but I think a large part of why we're in this mess is we're all too willing to discuss issues without mentioning solutions.

We live in a time of great stupidity, and we should thus be building monuments to our stupidity. Future generations will gaze upon these monuments with awe, and wonder how a civilization could have been THAT fucking dumb.
