Raising children should be decentralized and community-driven. Parents should not have total control over the lives of their kids, especially when it comes to what they are allowed to learn about. More positive, trusted adult role models could intervene in situations of abuse/neglect

There’s an issue where when someone makes a fact-based statement on social media, I’m more hesitant to like it because a like feels like a stamp of approval that the facts are correct, which takes effort to verify.
